Just need to be faster to start app. There might be a song on that i want to know the name. And might miss it because it takes too long to open.

I want my money back! This doesnt do anything! Spent money, downloaded and its nothing like we expected. It doesnt work at all! Its nothing like the description. Once downloaded its appearance and name changed completely. Please help! How do I get my money back?
